All Inclusive Hotels With Watersports

I was looking at some of the All Inclusives in St Lucia. There are 3 that I see Coconut Bay Resort and Spa, Almond Morgan Bay, and Smugglers Cove. In my party would be myself and my wife and 2 children (ages 14 and 18). We are looking for a relaxing resort with watersports on site. If there are other resorts that I should consider please let me know. I see the prices can vary by at least $300 per person. My travel dates not too flexible and plan on arriving on 4/14/2011 and departing on 4/23/2011. Any information or recomendations that you can provide on these resorts would be greatly appreciated.
