Spice Cake Recipe

I have been searching for a recipe for "spice cakes" they remind me of a macaroon, but with lots of spices, gloves, cinnamon, brown sugar and so on.


Please if you have the recipe , would you be kind enough to post it. They would be super yummy to serve at Christmas.


St. Lucia was a fantastic vacation for us , I regret not buying the cookbook at the airport , the recipe was right in my hand !
