The St Lucia Golf and Country Club is the largest of all the golf courses in St Lucia and is the only one open to the public. It is situated in Cap Estate to the north of the Island which is less than thirty (30) minutes from any hotel in Castries.
From there, you have a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea or the Atlantic Ocean depending on where you're playing.
The golf and country club course is placed in a semi secluded spot, making it comfortable for even a novice to practice. There are also lessons available from resident golf professionals for those interested in improving their swing or who just want to learn how to play the sport.
This is the only 18-hole golf course in St Lucia. It is a par 71 which plays up to 6685 yards on the blue Tee. The course and was built to host championship matches yet still inviting enough for the recreational golfers.
There are many golf championship matches that have been hosted there and it is interesting to know that it has received a rating of 74.3 from (U.S.G.A) United States Golf Association.

While enjoying your day of golfing you are welcomed to be revitalized and refresh yourself at their fully service restaurant and sports bar. They serve a combination of local, regional and international dishes.
The chef does a remarkable job at preparing some delicious meals. In fact, I have always been satisfied with everything I have eaten there so far.
If you are planning a birthday, wedding or anniversary function, you can speak with them to see if it meets your expectation. It is also a good place to host banquets and business meetings.
The restaurant is open daily for breakfast and lunch from 7am to 7pm and you do not need to make reservations to eat there.
You may also visit the Pro shop and choose from a wide variety of clothing, equipment and accessories from top name brands. If you walk with your travel documents, you can get those items at duty free prices.
Some Items like clubs, shoe are also available for rental if you have none.
There are golf carts at your disposal and a driving range of approximately 350 yards. They provide free transportation for three or more persons coming from cruise ship or staying at hotels towards the north of the Island.
As with every golf course, there is an acceptable and unacceptable dress code for both men and ladies.
