Comment It's called fondant Icing. You need 1/4 cup water, 1/2 cup of corn syrup, 4 strips/ 2 packets gelatin and 3 packets of icing sugar. Boil gelatin with water and corn syrup. When bubbles begin to form, turn off the heat. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add icing sugar a little at a time. Knead until dough is firm. Hope this helps
