St Lucia Jazz 2011

Hello, I am interested in coming to the 2011 Jazz Festival. A party of 2-Seniors/Female......would like to stay the week of the Festival and possibly one week after the Festival.

Please advise us on where would be a good place to stay with nightly entertainment, fairly reasonable, clean, friendly staff, good food, walking distance to restaurants, night entertainment.

It can me an all inclusive or not....and close to Jazz Festival events...also, is it wise to purchase tickets to the festival before coming there or after ?

If before, is it safe to purchase tickets over the internet? I have been reviewing the various hotels and resorts...now I am confused...(smile...your advise and suggestions would be most appreciated...thanking you in advance. Ms. PKB.....
