During the day, they serve a variety of snacks which also includes a lobster salad. This restaurant is so relaxing; there is hardly a dress code in place to visit there. This is one of the few St Lucia restaurants where you can be attired in your beach wear and you would still be served as one who is properly attired. The food is reasonably priced where you can have a decent meal for US$17. This is truly a good bargain. 
Because it is the only restaurant directly on the Reduit beach, sometimes it gets really busy at lunch time so that can take up a few minutes from the time you ordered to the time you receive it. The best thing to do if you realize that it is busy and you want to reduce your waiting time is to make your order a few minutes before you actually want to it. That way, you won’t feel irritated in case it takes a few extra minutes to get your meal. From sunset, the menu is changed to their dinner menu. It becomes even more relaxing to be there just when the sun is about to set. You can choose a nice ocean-side table, to create a nice ambiance if you are going with your significant other. I find that quite romantic and a perfect opportunity to take some lovely photos. For dinner you can choose from wide assortments of appetizers, entrees, pastas, sea foods, meat and chicken dishes. There is always a special for the day so you can ask the water to try out the days special if you are not sure what to order. If you want to really enjoy a few drinks, then Happy Hour begins from 5 - 6 pm. For happy Hour at the Spinnakers Beach Bar and Grill, you get all your drinks at discounted prices giving you the option to enjoy more drinks for the same price.
