Store In St. Lucia Selling foam float noodles for pool/ocean use?

Hi,
Does any store on St. Lucia sell foam float noodles for pool/ocean use?

We are looking for these as we have rafts that require them. They are brightly colored, made of foam and are about 3 inches in diameter and about a yard (36 inches) long.
